HomeBusinessLeadCenter Terms and Conditions
Pursuant to this Agreement, HomeBusinessLeadCenter and its "Clients" shall agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by HomeBusinessLeadCenter is final and binding.
2.) HomeBusinessLeadCenter is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client's database. A person may signup for similar offers at different websites and at different times.
3.) HomeBusinessLeadCenter will replace leads with disconnected or wrong numbers only. Under no circumstances can a client demand any additional compensation/refund for any other reason.
4.) HomeBusinessLeadCenter may take up to 15 business days to fulfill an order. In event it takes more than 15 business days to fulfill an order a client may demand a refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.
5.) In no event shall HomeBusinessLeadCenter be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits. The client agrees to abide by all state/provincial and federal laws and any and all violations are the client’s sole responsibility. A client also waives his/her right to participate as a class representative or member of any class of claimants for any and all claims/disputes arising between the parties. This waiver shall survive termination of this agreement as well as opt-out/cancelling of service of any and all kinds by the client.
6.) HomeBusinessLeadCenter sell prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you cannot chargeback or demand a refund under any and all circumstances including but not limited to dissatisfaction with quality or service.
7.) Unpaid orders are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge and the Client is also liable to pay any and all legal/attorney fees which was required to recover the payment.
8.) Only first time customers purchasing lead packages costing under $50 are eligible for the 100% money back guarantee. To be eligible a customer must notify a HomeBusinessLeadCenter representative within 5 business days upon receiving leads.
9.) The relationship between HomeBusinessLeadCenter and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Federal laws of Canada and the Provincial laws of Manitoba. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Province of Manitoba and the Federal courts situated in Canada, in connection with any action arising between the parties.
10.) By default, ALL orders are set to auto-renew, and if necessary, they may be disabled at any time. You can deactivate auto-renewal by removing the check from the auto-renew option located within the “Order Details” page, for each individual order.
A receipt will be emailed to you on the day of the renewal if approved. No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to deactivate the Auto-Renew feature before the auto-renewal takes place.
11.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in effect. Please DO NOT place your order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.
12.) Client agrees not to promote an illegal product/service in any or all states in the United States using HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s website, leads, software and/or technology platform. In event it is determined in HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s sole discretion that a Client has promoted an illegal product/service using HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s website, leads, software and/or technology platform the Client is solely responsible for any and all costs, penalties or damages caused by such an action.
13.) Client agrees not to use any profane or offensive language while using HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s technology platform which includes but is not limited to HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s auto-responder, voice broadcast, contact manager, sms or text message delivery service. In the event it is determined in HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s sole discretion that a Client has used profane or offensive language using HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s website, leads, software and/or technology platform the Client is solely responsible for any and all costs, penalties or damages caused by such an action.
14.) Client agrees he/she is solely responsible for any and all third party fees a client may incur while using HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s software, leads, technology and/or services or receiving solicitations from HomeBusinessLeadCenter. These fees include but are not limited to fees a client may incur to receive emails, phone calls or text (sms or mms) messages from HomeBusinessLeadCenter.
15.) Client agrees to receive snail mail, email, telephonic, text (sms or mms) messages and / or any and all types of advertising solicitations from HomeBusinessLeadCenter and its business divisions.
16.) Client agrees to never participate in any open attacks, slander, or negative criticism directed at HomeBusinessLeadCenter.com. This includes but is not limited to blogs, forums, or surveys.
17.) Client agrees to respect and make no efforts to undermine the security or underlying systems of HomeBusinessLeadCenter. They must further agree to use all of HomeBusinessLeadCenter’s pages, features, systems, servers, and tools only in the nature that they were intended to be used. Clients agree that they will not make any attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass any security features that has been put in place by HomeBusinessLeadCenter.
18.) Client agrees that the use of the auto-responder and voice broadcast systems are their sole responsibility. Any use of the services that violates any state laws is the clients responsibility.
19.) HomeBusinessLeadCenter reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.
20.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract. Client also agrees to receive snail mail, email, telephonic and any and all other types of advertising solicitations from HomeBusinessLeadCenter and its business divisions.
21.) All bank disputes and chargebacks will result in the complete cancellation of your account. All chargebacks are reported to the relevant Credit Agencies, Credit Rating Services, Fraud Watchdog Services and/or any other agency we deem appropriate. A chargeback may result in denial of credit by other merchants and may adversely affect your credit/creditworthiness.
